Presentation of the MOBIAGE Project

The presentation of the MOBIAGE Project, the Italian scene and the most innovative projects.

The 18 of June will be an important event of the MOBIAGE Project: an opportunity for elderly people and senior migrants to present the main results achieved by the  MOBIAGE Project.

The event will be held at the University "G. Marconi" (via Plinio 44, Rome) from 9.00 am. to 13.30 pm.
From the Fondazione Mondo Digitale, Cecilia Stajano will present and describe the work done with the immigrants and the elderly.
 
Under the Community Action Programme for Lifelong Learning Italy, Spain, Romania and Belgium are testing a life-long education programme for adults whose main beneficiaries are at least 1,000 older people, 500 students and 50 teachers-tutors. The project Silver Stimulating ICT Learning for Active Eu Elders is sponsored by Fondazione Mondo Digitale with the support of local stakeholders.

 
The Centre Enea, a project carried out by the Municipality of Rome in synergy with the Ministry of the Interior, homes  about 400 refugees. Within the Centre Enea, the Fondazione Mondo Digitale manages the activities of  the Internet Café, and promotes italian L2 and ICT courses structured on different levels.
